North China City Released Action Plan for Heavy Pollution Days

SHANGHAI, Oct. 9 (SMM)－“Non-2+26 City” Jinzhong City released production plan for heavy pollution days. The plan says the emergency plan will be launched once air quality reaches heavily-polluted level or above and alert notice from the municipal emergency headquarters of key pollution days is received. The plan requires: Aluminium oxide companies should limit production by 30%, calculated by production line; carbon enterprises that fail to reach special emission limit should suspend production and those reach the limit should limit production by over 50%, calculated by production line.
