SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (SMM) – With the opening of profitable import window for several days, premiums for Russian nickel in bonded area rose rapidly.

One Stainless Steel Mill in South China Enters Market for High-grade NPI Purchases

It was heard that one trader in Ningbo traded Russian nickel in bonded area at premiums of $300 per tonne.
