Steel Price Weakens in Traditional Peak Demand Season

SHFE three-month rebar price tumbled by over 10 per cent since September 5. 

SHANGHAI, Sept. 27 (SMM) – SHFE three-month rebar price tumbled by over 10 per cent since September 5. 

Last week, rebar price in China’s domestic spot market registered the biggest decline since mid April. About 40 steel mills cut ex-works prices.
