China’s refined zinc imported increased 159.3% year-on-year to 65,609 tonnes in August, China Customs data showed.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 26 (SMM) – China’s refined zinc imported increased 159.3% year-on-year to 65,609 tonnes in August, China Customs data showed. Imports totaled 314,086 tonnes during January-August, down 5.97% year-on-year.

Zinc exports decreased 27.8% year-on-year to 938 tonnes in August, and total exports decreased 15.21% year-on-year to 12,320 tonnes during January-August.
