SHANGHAI, Sept. 26 (SMM) – China imported 254,672 tonnes of copper cathode in August, up 9.77 per cent on a yearly basis, according to China Customs.
The imports from January to August totaled 2,081,683 tonnes, down 18.68 per cent on a yearly basis.
In August, China exported 31,468 tonnes of copper cathode, down 45.04 per cent on a yearly basis, and the exports from January to August were off 35.15 per cent YoY to 217,565 tonnes, based on China Customs data.
