SHANGHAI, Sept. 25 (SMM) – No solid macroeconomic news will be released during Asian trading hours. IFP business climate index for Germany slated for release today is expected to improve. LME nickel is expected to hover at lows today, weighed down by lower stainless steel prices. SHFE 1801 nickel should hover between RMB 83,800-84,500/mt today, with spot prices between RMB 83,600-84,500/mt.

Effective April 22, 2026 (night session on April 21), nickel futures and options are open to overseas participants. First contracts: NI2605 and subsequent futures, with corresponding options. For margin, overseas traders may use USD at a 0.95 discount rate, valued at the daily RMB central parity rate. Account opening is available immediately.
