SHANGHAI, Sept. 22 (SMM) – For now, Henan Zhongfu Industrial has kept output control plans unchanged for its aluminum smelter(s) and carbon plant(s) during winter heating season.

Two Producers in Henan Begin Winter Alumina and Aluminum Cuts Ahead of Schedule

Starting from Nov. 15, its aluminum smelter(s) will reduce capacity by 30% and its carbon plant(s) will slash capacity by half.
