Three aluminum smelters in Henan are putting aluminum capacity swap quotas on sale nationwide, according to Henan Commission of Industry and Information Technology.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 21 (SMM) – Three aluminum smelters in Henan are putting aluminum capacity swap quotas on sale nationwide, according to Henan Commission of Industry and Information Technology.

Quota totals 70,000 tonnes at these three smelters.
