SHANGHAI, Sept. 21 (SMM) - China’s refined zinc supply remained in shortfalls in September despite higher output, SMM survey finds.

Domestic refined zinc output increased 4% on the month to 489,000 tonnes (including secondary zinc) in September.

Meanwhile, consumption is also brisk during the high-demand season. Zinc consumption by downstream industries grew 3% on the month.
