Refined Nickel Inventory Falls 20 Per cent in South China

Inventories of refined nickel in south China fell sharply by 20 per cent on a weekly basis, according to Shanghai Metals Market data.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 18 (SMM) – Inventories of refined nickel in south China fell sharply by 20 per cent on a weekly basis, according to Shanghai Metals Market data.

As of last Friday, inventories were 510 tonnes in south China, down 129 tonnes on a weekly basis, according to SMM data.

This week, LME nickel maintains a volatile trend. Although the trend of SHFE nickel prices is strong, the imports are still at losses.
