SHANGHAI, Sept. 18 (SMM) – Aluminum Processors in Henan’s Gongyi have received notices for output controls during winter heating season (Nov. 15, 2017-Mar. 15, 2018), SMM learns.

Local aluminum processors shall be subject to 30%, 50%, 80% and 100% production cuts in heavy-polluting days during the winter heating season, depending on the degree of air pollution.
