Some lead-acid battery producers in China have stepped up production recently, SMM survey finds.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 18 (SMM) – Some lead-acid battery producers in China have stepped up production recently, SMM survey finds.

A surge in lead prices stimulated lead-acid battery distributors’ buying interest. This, together with upcoming 2017 Chinese National Day holiday (Oct. 1-7) gave battery producers incentive to produce.
