Baosteel Adjusts Facility Maintenance Plans

Baosteel has made adjustment to its maintenance plans.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 18 (SMM) – Baosteel has made adjustment to its maintenance plans.

The company, which originally planned to put 2250-mm hot-rolled steel production line under maintenance in early October, now plans to put 1780-mm hot-rolled steel line under maintenance in early or mid-November.

The maintenance will last about 10 days and affect hot-rolled coil output by 150,000 tonnes, SMM estimates.
