On Sept. 12, LME copper inventories surged by 10,300 tonnes to 218,700 tonnes, marking the biggest daily growth in 2 months.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 12 (SMM) – On Sept. 12, LME copper inventories surged by 10,300 tonnes to 218,700 tonnes, marking the biggest daily growth in 2 months.

It is rumored last week that large traders would deliver copper to LME warehouses, and SMM also warned the risk.

The price influence from goods delivery was waning based on conditions in recent two years.

SMM will closely follow up its further developments.
