Chinese Yuan Strengthens to Highest since May 2016

The central parity rate of Chinese yuan has hit the highest level since May 12, 2016 against the US dollar.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 8 (SMM) – The central parity rate of Chinese yuan has hit the highest level since May 12, 2016 against the US dollar.

Venezuela to Abandon US Dollar in Favor of Yuan and Others

The central parity rate climbed from 6.5269 in previous day to 6.5032 on Friday.

Yuan’s exchange rate against US dollar closed at 6.4972 and 6.4850, respectively, during day-time and night sessions of previous day.
