Indonesia has reached an agreement with Freeport-McMoRan Inc on Tuesday to allow the company to continue operating its Grasberg copper-gold mine in the country.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 29 (SMM) –Indonesia has reached an agreement with Freeport-McMoRan Inc on Tuesday to allow the company to continue operating its Grasberg copper-gold mine in the country.

But, Freeport needs to divest 51% stake in the mine.
