SHFE 1710 zinc opened at RMB 25,865/mt today and then dipped to RMB 25,640/mt.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 23 (SMM) – SHFE 1710 zinc opened at RMB 25,865/mt today and then dipped to RMB 25,640/mt. But with long momentum growing, SHFE 1710 zinc rose to RMB 25,955/mt. In the afternoon, investors remain cautious due to SHFE regulations, SHFE 1710 zinc fluctuated around RMB 25,960/mt, and closed at RMB 25,965/mt, down RMB 345/mt or 1.31%. Trading volumes decreased 235,000 to 446,000 lots, and positions were 299,000. SHFE 1710 zinc will hover around RMB 26,000/mt this evening.
