SHANGHAI, Aug. 21 (SMM) – Tianjin announced to constrain trucks and special vehicles during 13th China’s National Games from August 25 to September 10.
Those vehicles with urban daily traffic permit will not be allowed on outer-ring roads during 7:00-22:00, and those with daily traffic permit for outer-ring roads will not be allowed on outer-ring roads during 7:00-19:00.
