SHFE 1801 nickel opened at RMB 87,950/mt today and then dipped to RMB 87,510/mt.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 17 (SMM) – SHFE 1801 nickel opened at RMB 87,950/mt today and then dipped to RMB 87,510/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1801 nickel fell to RMB 88,450/mt but rolled back some gains, and closed at RMB 87,940/mt, up RMB 2,830/mt or 3.33%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1801 nickel increased 281,000 to 748,000, and positions increased 21,800 to 484,000. SHFE 1801 nickel will fluctuate at highs this evening.
