SHANGHAI, Aug. 17 (SMM) – China’s zinc output fell 6.3% on a yearly basis to 476,000 tonnes in July.

China’s zinc output fell 4.6% on a yearly basis to 494,000 tonnes in August, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

Zinc output in the first seven months of the year totaled 3.462 million tonnes, a drop of 2% on a yearly basis.

Zinc output in the first eight months of the year totaled 3.957 million tonnes, a drop of 2.3% on a yearly basis.
