Sichuan Western Resources’s actual controller Que Wnbin was penalized by a total of 6 million yuan.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 15 (SMM) – Sichuan Western Resources announced that China Securities Regulatory Commission confiscated 3.04 million yuan from the company’s actual controller Que Wnbin for illegal gains and also penalized Que by 3.04 million yuan.
