SHANGHAI, Aug. 15 (SMM) – China’s aluminum output fell in July from a year ago, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed.

China Aluminum Output to Drop MoM in August as Cuts Outpace New Capacity, SMM Expects
The country’s aluminum production was 2.69 million tonnes in July, down 0.3% year-on-year, and totaled 19.53 million tonnes during January-July, up 7.5% year-on-year.
