SHANGHAI, Aug. 15 (SMM) – Two low-grade NPI producers in Shandong released ex-works prices, higher than market price, Shanghai Metals Market learns.
One of them set ex-works price at 3,300 yuan per tonne, and the plant now has around 1,000-2,000 tonnes of low-grade NPI inventories. The producer, which produced pig iron earlier, has suspended production for environmental factor, and the suspension is expected to last for about one month.

Another plant released low-grade NPI ex-works price at 3,350 yuan per tonne.
