A magnitude 6.6 earthquake struck Luzon, the Philippines at 13:28 on Friday, Aug. 11, according to United States Geological Survey (USGS).

SHANGHAI, Aug. 11 (SMM) - A magnitude 6.6 earthquake struck Luzon, the Philippines at 13:28 on Friday, Aug. 11, according to United States Geological Survey (USGS). 

The quake has no impact on operations at nickel mines in Zambales as it is far away from the region, SMM learns.
