LME aluminum has entered a new trading range and should hover at highs of USD 1,960-1,980/mt today.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 8 (SMM) –LME aluminum has entered a new trading range and should hover at highs of USD 1,960-1,980/mt today. SHFE 1710 aluminum will rise to RMB 15,350-15,530/mt. 

In east China’s spot aluminum market, spot discounts are expected at RMB 180-140/mt over SHFE 1708 aluminum contract.
