On Friday, SHFE 1709 tin opened at RMB 148,060/mt.
SHANGHAI, Aug. 4 (SMM) –On Friday, SHFE 1709 tin opened at RMB 148,060/mt. The contract fell slightly after opening, but then moved all the way up, hitting RMB 148,980/mt at the tail of the day. Finally, the most active contract ended up RMB 1,180/mt or 0.8% at RMB 148,410/mt. Trading volumes increased 3,952 lots to 14,934 lots, and positions decreased 1,028 lots to 21,022 lots. SHFE 1709 tin will rise further to challenge RMB 151,500/mt.
