Japan Nippon Electronics Corp. will withdraw from Li-ion battery business and sell NEC Energy Device which produces electrode to GSR.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 3 (SMM) – Japan Nippon Electronics Corp. will withdraw from Li-ion battery business and sell NEC Energy Device which produces electrode to GSR.

As annual sales value at NEC Energy Device is estimated at 15 billion yen, NEC requires a acquisition price at 15 billion yen.
