SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,220/mt today and then slumped to RMB 23,100/mt.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 1 (SMM) – SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,220/mt today and then slumped to RMB 23,100/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 zinc edge down and fell below RMB 2,3000/mt, and closed at RMB 22,955/mt, down RMB 215/mt or 0.93%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1709 zinc decreased 170,000 to 358,000 lots, and positions decreased 11,270 to 190,000.SHFE 1709 zinc is expected to rally this evening.
