Shanxi Development & Reform Commission violated laws for putting Shanxi Chalco Huarun’s aluminum project under file in January this year without confirmation of capacity swap program.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 1 (SMM) – Shanxi Development & Reform Commission violated laws for putting Shanxi Chalco Huarun’s aluminum project under file in January this year without confirmation of capacity swap program, central environmental protection inspection team said.

The project has an annual capacity of 500,000 tonnes.
