SHANGHAI, Jul. 31 (SMM) - Last week, TCs for Chinese 50% lead concentrate fell by 100 yuan per tonne (Pb content) to 1,600-1,700 yuan per tonne (Pb content) on a weekly basis.

Lead production was stable in Yunnan and Hunan, increasing lead concentrate demand. In addition, most mines reported normal production, while production at some mines was restricted by environmental factor, tightening lead concentrate supply in China’s market. TCs thus dropped.

Mines in Yunnan lowered TCs by 50 yuan per tonne (Pb content) to 1,650-1,750 yuan per tonne (Pb content), and those in Hunan reduced by 100 yuan per tonne (Pb content) to 1,600-1,700 yuan per tonne (Pb content).
