SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,500/mt today and then hovered around RMB 23,420/mt

SHANGHAI, Jul. 26 (SMM) – SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,500/mt today and then hovered around RMB 23,420/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 zinc rose to RMB 23,530/mt and closed at RMB 23,265/mt, up RMB 165/mt or 0.71%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1708 zinc increased 139,000 to 669,000 lots, and positions decreased 13,434 to 249,000. SHFE 1709 zinc is expected to hover at highs this evening.
