SHANGHAI, Jul. 25 (SMM) – SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,040/mt today and then reached RMB 23,160/mt, but fell later on and strengthened to RMB 23,170/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 zinc surged to RMB 23,300/mt and closed at RMB 23,250/mt, up RMB 315/mt or 1.37%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1708 zinc decreased 78,300 to 530,000 lots, and positions decreased 1,994 to 262,000. SHFE 1709 zinc is expected to stay range-bound this evening.
SHFE 1709 Zinc Closes Higher (2017-7-25)
SHFE 1709 zinc opened at RMB 23,040/mt today and then reached RMB 23,160/mt, but fell later on and strengthened to RMB 23,170/mt.
