Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports kept falling in the week ending July 21, Shanghai Metals Market data showed.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 24 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports kept falling in the week ending July 21, Shanghai Metals Market data showed.

Nickel Inventories Fall in Bonded Area, SMM Reports

Inventories at the seven ports were down 210,000 tonnes last week, according to SMM data.

Based on inventories at the seven major ports, SMM estimates China’s total nickel ore port inventories at around 8.17 million tonnes, or 68,000 tonnes in Ni content.
