SHANGHAI, Jun. 21(SMM) – TCs of spot imported copper concentrate were largely steady this past week. SMM quotes for spot TCs were $80-85 per tonne on Friday.

NBS Releases China Base Metals Output in June

Spot imported copper concentrate market is extremely quiet in July, SMM noted. Mainstream quotes for clean ore are $80-83 per tonne, with a few deals made at $80-86 per tonne.

Zijin Mining Net Profit Shoots up in First Half on Well-behaved Metals

Copper smelters now have sufficient inventories, and have booked goods under term contracts previously. So they reduce purchases under small orders, SMM said.
