China ROM Iron Ore Output Peaks in June from October 2015

China’s run-of-mine (ROM) iron ore output hit the highest in June from October 2015, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

SHANGHAI, Jun. 20 (SMM) – China’s run-of-mine (ROM) iron ore output hit the highest in June from October 2015, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

China’s ROM iron ore output was 124.69 million tonnes in June, up 16% on-month and a rise of 3% on a yearly basis.

China’s total ROM iron ore production was 633 million tonnes in the first half of this year, up 7.12% compared to 591 million tonnes in the same period of last year.
