SHANGHAI, Jul. 20 (SMM) – Zhanhua County Weiye Nickel Industry producer plans to restart high-grade NPI production soon, Shanghai Metals Market learns.

One Nickel Smelter Shifts Production on Pessimistic Outlook, SMM Reports

The producer, shutting down production lines for unit maintenance, schedules to produce approximately 2,000 tonnes of high-grade NPI in July.

For production needs, the company now seeks medium-grade nickel ore for future delivery.
