SHANGHAI, Jul. 20 (SMM) - Committee of Statistics under Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced Wednesday the country’s copper cathode and crude steel output jumped in the first half of this year, while zinc production was down, wenhua. com reported.
Copper cathode and crude steel output rose 5.4% and 9.7%, respectively, year-on-year. Refined zinc output fell 0.5%.
