One stainless steel mill in east China announced to raise the procurement price for high-grade NPI up to 825 yuan per mtu, Shanghai Metals Market learns.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 14 (SMM) – One stainless steel mill in east China announced to raise the procurement price for high-grade NPI up to 825 yuan per mtu, Shanghai Metals Market learns.

The rise is in line with SMM expectation, which published one story on July 13 on this.

This past week, high-grade NPI price edged up along with demand improving, and price gains are expected to be continuing this coming week.
