SHFE 1709 aluminum opened at RMB 14,105/mt and closed at RMB 14,185/mt.

SHANGHAIM, Jul. 11 (SMM) – On Tuesday, SHFE 1709 aluminum opened at RMB 14,105/mt and then dropped to RMB 14,005/mt. During the afternoon trading, it rumors that 1.1 million mt of aluminum project at one producer will be closed down without government permits. SHFE 1709 aluminum thus climbed to RMB 14,195/mt and closed at RMB 14,185/mt. Trading volumes rose to 177,644 lots and positions increased 7,868 to 259,470.

SHFE 1709 aluminum will keep fluctuating at current level in a short term.
