Tongling Nonferrous Metals Co. said July 3 its Shaxi copper mine, with 3.30 million-tpy of copper mining and dressing capacity, successfully ran trial production on July 1, 2017, cnstock.com reported.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 3 (SMM) - Tongling Nonferrous Metals Co. said July 3 its Shaxi copper mine, with 3.30 million-tpy of copper mining and dressing capacity, successfully ran trial production on July 1, 2017, cnstock.com reported.

The copper mine is the company’s second largest mine, which was kicked off in July 2013. Its copper concentrate production is 15,700 tonnes per year. Once reaching full operation, the project will add 15,700 tonnes of self-produced copper to the company each year.
