SHFE Lead Closes Higher (2017-6-30)

SHFE 1708 lead opened at RMB 17,815/mt and closed at RMB 17,800/mt, up RMB 65/mt or 0.37%.

SHANGHAIM, Jun. 30 (SMM) – On Friday, SHFE 1708 lead opened at RMB 17,815/mt and then advanced to RMB 17,880/mt. The contract later edged down with longs taking profits, and dipped to RMB 17,580/mt, hurt by entering of shorts. SHFE 1708 lead rallied to RMB 17,840/mt as longs strengthened and closed at RMB 17,800/mt, up RMB 65/mt or 0.37%. Trading volumes increased 1,256 to 63,714 lots and positions rose 892 to 42,578.

SHFE 1708 lead will stay firm in a short term.
