SHFE 1708 aluminum opened at RMB 13,965/mt on Thursday.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 29 (SMM) – SHFE 1708 aluminum opened at RMB 13,965/mt on Thursday. The most active contract jumped to RMB 14,035/mt thanks to long buying in the afternoon, but then gave back some gains before ending at RMB 13,985/mt. Trading volumes increased to 169,806 lots, and positions decreased 1,364 lots to 196,518 lots. SHFE 1708 aluminum will struggle around RMB 14,000/mt during today’s night session.
