SHANGHAI, Jun. 22 (SMM) – OPEC representatives said whether Iran will participate in output cut will affect execution. NYMEX August oil fell below USD 43/bbl.US existing home sales hit the third highest level in 10 years, but housing starts slid for the 3rd straight month, weakening the US dollar. SHFE 1709 nickel should hover between RMB 73,700-74,900/mt, with spot prices between RMB 73,100-75,900/mt.
