Zinc prices are expected to remain range-bound this week, SMM foresees.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 19 (SMM) – Zinc prices are expected to remain range-bound this week, SMM foresees.

LME zinc may move in the range of $2,480-2,570 per tonne this week, SMM predicts. SHFE August zinc, the most actively traded contract, will move between 20,800-21,500 yuan per tonne.

China Zinc Concentrate TCs Stabilize, SMM Reports

Supplies will increase after delivery. But some downstream producers will step up production after environmental protection push. This will give support to zinc prices, SMM explained.
