SHANGHAI, Jun. 19 (SMM) - Imported zinc became more desirable for Chinese traders and downstream buyers due to expanded price spread between domestic and imported zinc, SMM said.
The price spread between domestic and imported zinc expanded to 230-280 yuan per tonne. Spot premiums of domestic #0 zinc were barely changed June 19 compared to last Friday, while those for imported zinc fell further.
