SHFE 1708 zinc opened at RMB 21,025/mt today and then hovered around RMB 20,950/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1708 zinc rose to RMB 21,230/mt and then fell, and closed at RMB 21,135/mt, up RMB 245/mt or

SHANGHAI, Jun. 15 (SMM) – SHFE 1708 zinc opened at RMB 21,025/mt today and then hovered around RMB 20,950/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1708 zinc rose to RMB 21,230/mt and then fell, and closed at RMB 21,135/mt, up RMB 245/mt or 1.17%.

Trading volumes on SHFE 1708 zinc increased 41,842 to 620,000 lots, and positions decreased 6,804 to 283,000.

SHFE 1706 zinc opened at RMB 22180/mt, and closed at RMB 22,255/mt, with settlement price of RMB 22,220/mt. Deliveries were 27,300 mt. Trading volumes on SHFE 1706 zinc decreased 72,580 to 1,900 lots, and positions decreased 900 to 10,920.

and SHFE 1708 zinc narrowed RMB 555/mt to RMB 1,160/mt. SHFE 1708 zinc should hover around RMB 21,150/mt in the evening.
