SHFE Copper Falls Further (2017-6-7)

SHFE 1708 copper started at RMB 45,110/mt and closed at RMB 44,880/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 7 (SMM) – On Wednesday, SHFE 1708 copper started at RMB 45,110/mt and then fluctuated. During the afternoon trading, the contract started falling, down as low as RMB 44,850/mt, and closed at RMB 44,880/mt. Positions rose 3,662 to 224,000 and trading volumes increased 120,000 to 278,000 lots. Positions of all SHFE copper contracts reduced 5,946.

SHFE 1708 copper will register corrections on Wednesday’s night trading.
