Russia Aluminum, Nickel Exports Fall during January-April, But Copper Exports Grow

Russia reported declines in exports of aluminum and nickel during January-April when compared with a year ago, but registered growth in copper exports.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 7 (SMM) – Russia reported declines in exports of aluminum and nickel during January-April when compared with a year ago, but registered growth in copper exports. 

Only 2 Out of Global 10 Copper Mining Giants Report Growth in Q1 Copper Output, SMM Reports 

According to Russia Customs data, the country exported 1,085,800 tonnes of aluminum during the first four months of this year, down from 1,116,000 tonnes a year ago; 48,000 tonnes of nickel, down from 69,200 tonnes a year ago; 185,900 tonnes of copper, up from 183,000 tonnes a year ago.
