the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced to sever all diplomatic ties with Qatar on Jun. 5.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 5 (SMM) –the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced to sever all diplomatic ties with Qatar on Jun. 5, saying the move was necessary to protect the kingdom from what it described as terrorism and extremism.

The news grew uncertainty in the Middle East, and close attention should be paid to oil’s impact on the commodity market.
