SHANGHAI, Jun. 2 (SMM) - Zinc prices are expected to weaken in the coming week, SMM foresees.

Zinc Concentrate TCs Rise in South China, SMM Reports

LME zinc may move in the range of $ 2,520-2,620 per tonne this week, SMM predicts. SHFE July zinc will move between 21,300-21,900 yuan per tonne.

Zinc Inventories Add in China Major Markets, SMM Reports

Spot premiums inverted to discounts over SHFE front-month zinc this past week. Influx of imported zinc added to supplies. Total inventories in China’s major markets, including Shanghai, Guangdong and Tianjin increased 1,500 tonnes. These factors will be negative for zinc, SMM added.
